Advantages of PUR hot melt adhesive

3. PUR hot melt adhesive has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, water vapor resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance. Due to the irreversible property of PUR glue once it reacts (that is, it will not melt when it is heated), the coated wire plate can remain stable from - 40 ℃ to 150 ℃, and the product quality is more stable, which is more suitable for processing export products.

The hot melt glue machine heats and melts PUR glue under the condition of isolating air. In the customized furniture industry, PUR glue is currently mainly used in the edge sealing of decorative panels and the flat pasting production of acrylic, PET, PVC and other surface materials. In the application of edge bonding, the quality and product performance of PUR glue seal are superior to EVA glue.
