Production process of solid wood composite door

1:   Door making:

    1. Use a table saw to cut the board

    2. Use a CNC router machine to carve the pattern 

    3. Making the groove, making the dovetail groove by dovetail machine, sealing the edge by edge banding machine

    4. Use a planer to make the wood strip, make the inner frame of the door 

    5. Spray glue

    6. Use a vacuum membrane press machine to to paste the pvc film 

    7. Use a cold press to synthesize the door. 

2： Making door pocket line: After cutting MDF board by table saw, use the four-sided planer to process the pattern. Use the universal coating machine to paste the pvc film.

3： Auxiliary machinery: air pump, rivet gun, pvc slitter (only used for door pocket line), etc.
